REFUND and EXCHANGE POLICY

Gala Cancelled


In the event that the gala is cancelled, full refunds will be made available to the original ticket buyer. Information regarding the gala cancellation and "Election Period" will be sent out to all ticket buyers. You may elect to accept the refund or defer the tickets purchased towards the next gala event. An "Election Period" of 2 weeks will be provided to allow buyers to decide to keep their tickets towards the next gala event. If no action was taken by the buyer prior to the end of the Election Period, a full refund will be automatically issued to the original buyer's account.




Gala Rescheduled, Postponed, or Moved


In the event that the gala is rescheduled, postponed, or moved: tickets will remain valid towards the modified event, or a “Refund Period” will be made available to the original ticket buyer. Information regarding the rescheduling, postponement, or movement of the original gala event, and “Refund Period” will be sent out to all ticket buyers prior to the original event date.
You may keep your original tickets or request a refund during a “Refund Period” of 2 weeks. If no action was taken by the buyer prior to the end of the Refund Period, your tickets will remain valid towards the modified event.




General Refunds


No refunds or excahnges are permitted unless the gala event is to be Cancelled, Rescheduled, Postponed, or Moved. Specifics on policies regarding refunds due to a Cancellation, Reschedule, Postponement, or Movement of an event are outlined in the following categories.




Regarding COVID-19


The health and safety of our guests and staff are of our utmost concern. It is our social responsibility to help reduce the spread of COVID-19. Should the pandemic remain an issue close to the gala event, a cancellation, rescheduling, or postponement will be made accordingly. Information regarding changes to the upcoming gala event will be sent out to all ticket buyers. Refunds/Exchanges will be handled in accordance with the policies outlined above. In the event of a cancellation, rescheduling, or postponement, specific information regarding Refunds/Exchanges will be sent out to all ticket buyers.
